Commercial Space
The commercial space committee is responsible for contracting vendors, determining vendor locations, arranging for setup and tear down of vendor spaces, and collecting vendor fees. The committee works to ensure a wide variety of food, goods, and services are being safely sold at the fair.

Scholarship
The purpose of the GDS Community Fair Association’s scholarship program is to provide an incentive to future
generations to actively participate in community volunteer activities including, bulnot limited to, our fair association.
Therefore, in order to provide financial assistance to deserving students pursuing higher education, the GDS Fair will be awarding annual scholarship(s), given directly to the chosen award applicant(s) at Opening Ceremonies on the first Friday (opening day) of the annual GDS Fair.

When do I have to have my application submitted?

How much is admission?

$10 Admission on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (includes the rides) – Gates open at 11am; rides start at 12pm
$8 Admission Monday-Thursday – Gates open at 2pm; rides start at 3pm
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT DAYS (65+):
– August 23rd – $5
– August 27th – $4
– $20 Week Pass
*Must show ID card
MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY:
– August 26th – $4
*Must show military ID
$30 Week Pass (includes admission and most shows)
$60 Mega Pass (includes admission, rides, and most shows)

$12 additional for demolition derby
Please note: Advanced demolition derby ticket sales $10 – will be available the day before each event at the information booth. No refunds on ride bands, advance tickets, or arena tickets.
Admission is FREE for individuals in a wheelchair and children 18 months and under (you will need to purchase a daily ride band for them to ride the rides).
What if it rains?
The GDS Fair will still take place during light/moderate rain. The fair may be closed in extreme weather conditions. Please check our Facebook page and the website for closure and delay information.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are prohibited. Service animals are allowed (this does not include emotional support animals).
